If I could give 10 stars, I would and more! Carlos, Jose and their team were fast, efficient, professional and kind. They were respectful of all of my elderly parents items (even tho I secretly wished my parents had thrown away most of them) and they enjoyed the lunch and dinner we provided them with so much gratitude- they honestly deserved it and more! We were so thankful for their service, we were happy to give them each $100 as a thank you! When my husband and I move - we will definitely call them and I have already shared our experience with all of our family and friends!!

I highly recommend On Call Moving for any of your moves, large or small. You won't regret it. Your precious belongings are in great hands and well cared for as they pack it and move it for you. I tell you, we've lived in SoCal all of our lives. This year, we decided to retire. To leave our friends and family to move to Idaho. We were fearful in finding the right movers to move all of our personal things, including our hot tub. We spent days vetting and interviewing movers. Then, we checked into OCM. Luis was very professional and friendly. He came through our home, took inventory through everything, and gave us our quote. His prices are fair and honest. On packing day, Thursday, he had the nicest ladies pack our kitchen and dining rooms while seven other guys packed the rest of the house. It took eight hours to pack almost 1900 square feet and a two car garage. The whole crew was respectable and friendly. They all worked as a team, and got along with one another. Luis even came by to make sure everything was going okay. The next day, Friday, they came to load everything onto two trucks. It took about five hours. Everything went so smooth. Luis called on Sunday to make sure we were meeting at our new place at the agreed time. We met them on Monday with a Spokane crew. They were early and prompt. It took them about four hours to unload everything into the garage and house. They were professional and friendly. As emotional and draining it has all been, On Call Movers have been excellent! I highly recommend them. You can trust them!

I moved from LA to the South Bay. They got my things from my condo in LA, stored it for a month and then unpacked my things when my new house closed escrow. The great thing is that they sent the same crew that packed my belonging to unpack my belongings. So after a month, the crew remembered what room everything went in. Unbelievable. And if they didn't know something they asked instead of just putting something anywhere. The process started with Luis coming to my old place and looking at everything I wanted to move. I preferred a fixed price rather than an hourly price so Luis had a visual of everything and then wrote up a estimate for the move. Very reasonable, on time, and very professional. I will be recommending them to a few friends of mine.

I highly recommend On Call Moving. Luis is very professional, honest & responsive. The company provides boxes for TVs, garment boxes, and runners to protect your floors. There are no attempts to up sell you or throw in any hidden fees. What you're quoted is what you get. The move started on time as promised. The men were quick, efficient, and careful not to damage anything during the move, even when going up and down the stairs. Luis also personally showed up to make sure the move was proceeding as planned and efficiently. They worked hard in 90 degree weather and got the job done in one day moving a 2,000sqft home, garage, and a large shed. I had to store part of my items with the company and the storing fee was reasonable. When I received the items back the movers came on time again, unloaded efficiently, carefully and in an organized manner moving the items into my new home and asking me where to put them instead of just throwing stuff on one pile. This company is worth it because you get exceptional service and your stuff is not going to be lost or damaged!

My mom referred On Call Moving to me and I am glad she did. They showed up on time and got right to work. They were clean and took their time to ensure not hitting any walls with furniture. They completed the entire move in just over 5 hours. The last people I had took almost 8.5 hours and I had less stuff then. I would recommend on call moving to anyone looking for a hard working, quick moving company!!!

We had such a positive experience with this company for our family move. After pricing out some other companies, this was the best price for the service. They were punctual, professional, quick but careful. They provide all the padding, wardrobe boxes, wrap. They know how to dismantle bunk beds and re-assemble them in a very professional manner. They moved our upright piano, and there was no problem. I cannot say enough good things about them. They only have a 2 hour minimum, most other companies have 4 hr. Our move ended up being 7 hours total, so not an issue for us for this move. We are going to use On Call Moving for our next move, when we empty our 2 off-site storage units. Do your own research, but take my word for it, these guys are great!

Awesome crew and friendly. They are organized and not nit pick on tape or wrapping. The guys are experts on how to make it happen without you getting stressed on your move.
