Do you collect my data if I fill out your online forms?

Yes, we do collect your data from our online forms; however, we DO NOT share or sell your information. We have a Privacy Policy that you may read if you are interested in learning more!

Moving Services

What moving services do you offer?
We offer local moving, long-distance moving, packing, unpacking, international relocation, office relocation, and storage.

Can I pack my own home?

Absolutely! If you have packed your own home by the day of the move, we can load and transport all your packed boxes for you. If you would like to purchase packing supplies from us, we can schedule a delivery of supplies before your moving date!

Can you load my own rental truck for me?

Of course! We can load a truck for you; however, furniture wrapping will not be the same as an ordinary residential move.

Do you offer last-minute moving services?

Depending on availability, we may be able to accommodate a last minute booking; however, we always recommend you call us or any moving company ASAP and avoid last minute bookings.

Can you move specialty or oversized items?

Our movers are specially trained and equipped to handle all household goods, which includes items such as safes, pool tables, antiques, pianos, chandeliers, marble tops, motorcycles, and more!

What payment options do you accept?

We accept cash, Zelle, certified checks, wire transfer, and credit cards (additional 3% service charge applies to credit and debit cards).

Service Areas

What are your pickup locations?

Our primary service areas are Orange County, Los Angeles County, Riverside County, and San Bernardino County; however, we offer a few select pickup locations outside of California.

Can you deliver outside of California?

Yes! We can relocate your belongings across the US and beyond!

Moving Crews

Are your movers trained?
Yes, all our crews are professionally trained, with some of our employees having over 10 years working with us.

Will the same crew handle my entire move?
In most scenarios, yes, so long as it is a local move. For long-distance moves, we may use a different moving crew at the final destination; however, the driver(s) are usually the same.

Can I request a specific crew member or team?
If you have a specific team member or crew in mind, you may request them. Please note that depending on availability, they may be unavailable, but we’re always happy to accommodate if our scheduling allows it.

International Relocation

Do you offer international moving services?

Yes, we offer international relocation services throughout Southern California and a few select service areas outside of California!

Where do you move to?

We can relocate your home across most countries throughout North America, Central America, South America, Europe, and Asia!

Storage

What kind of storage service do you provide?

We provide a private and secure storage service, available for those looking for both a short term and long term storage solution.

Are there cameras inside your facility?

Yes, our facility is camera monitored 24/7!

How do my items get stored?

We store your items in storage vaults, with each vault being assigned a name and lot number. Additionally, all your belongings will be documented in an inventory manifest To ensure an organized and secure storage service.

How big is an individual vault?

Our storage vaults are 5ft (length) x 7ft (width) x 7.5ft (height) and can hold up to 1.5 rooms worth of space

How can I get inside to access my belongings?

Call our office in advance to make a reservation so we can make an appointment for you to arrive.

Day-of Move

How should I prepare for the moving day?

Make sure you take all of your personal belongings you wish to keep on your before the moving day. Make plans on how you’re going to supervise your children and/or pets. Ensure the movers have all the necessary information regarding your move, including addresses, gate codes, special instructions, and so on.

Do I need to be present during the moving day?

Yes, you must be present on the moving day. If you can not be present, you may have another legal adult present to take your place.

What if there is bad weather during the moving day?

Our movers are trained to work under most weather conditions, ensuring your belongings are secure throughout the move; however, if the conditions are hard, we will have to cancel and reschedule the move for the safety of our crew and your cargo.

Discounts

Do you offer any senior discounts?

We offer a 5% off discount for our senior clients.

How do I redeem a discount from your website?

Call or email us about our services and ask about one of our online discounts and we can apply it to your upcoming move!

How do I redeem a discount from your fliers?

Make sure you let us know that you received one of our fliers when speaking to us and let us know which discount you want to redeem! Alternatively, if you scheduled an in-home estimate, you can show the flier to the estimator and ask them to apply one of the discounts.

Are there any storage discounts?

Yes! We always offer everyone the first month of our storage FREE!
